Thanks for all the responses. I took everyone's advice and drilled a small hole on underneath side of lens last night. The water drained and I see how the light holds up after some time. It working now

I've always wondered the same thing when I read these posts.  It should be a sealed unit.  But water is notorious for always finding a way in.
