rudyunknown - we will try to heat the tent the best we can.  I also have a 9X12 outdoor mat to put down on the ground which hopefully will help.

I will have the Car Port with me it is enclosed 10X20 and a MR Buddy Portable Heater that gives off 18,000 BTU of heat.  Last year we used a r-dome and an easy up with a tarp around it and was able to keep in some heat with TechnTrek's Portable propane fireplace.

I need to see if I have some firewood to bring but will check in the morning.

rpodcamper will be bringing a tent (enclosed carport) which we can keep somewhat heated while we are in there.  Last year on Saturday we hung around the fire outside until it got too cold and then we went inside our tent city with heaters.  I brought a big propane powered campfire which we had going full-blast, which I'll have again.

It looks like it will be a game time decision for us.  We're watching the weather closely for snow.  At any rate, we would arrive early afternoon Saturday for a one-night stay.

We hope to make it.

Good luck all.  Be sure to come with filled propane tanks and an electric heater.  It looks like it's going to be cold for you folks.  Have fun too.

Not too far to come from Jersey .... Want to come and help build the fire????

Thanks for the offer.  I considered it last winter, however determined it was a bit further than I was willing to travel.  This year, I'm without, I'm without the Pod and really don't want to hook-up the Jayco, since I use it for household storage for the winter.

Make sure you folks take plenty of pics and post them, with a trip report.

I made my reservation, C2. I'm sorry but I'll have to pass on the pot luck dinner.
