A note that I contacted the R-pod parts person to find out who handled Salem parts, and when I contacted them I was told FR policy is now to direct individuals to their local dealer for parts. Can't hurt to try if you need risers, etc., but just passing along what I was told.

This is what I got back when i sent an E-Mail today June 28, 2015: Rodney is no longer with Forest River please send all warranty claims and service requests to Jessica Wiggin at jwiggin@forestriverinc.com Thanks!!
