I thought it would be a good idea to pull together bits and pieces of info that is scattered around the forum.  For starters, various contact numbers for Forest River.  Eventually this will probably be added to the "Instruction and Maintenance Manual" thread.  If you have other important info - of any type - feel free to post it here.  Try to keep discussions out of this thread so it is easy to read it in the future for the important stuff, thanks.

FYI, attempted to call Susan today and her voicemail asks you to contact Amber ext 208 for warranty related matters.

It sounds to me that Susan might just be on vacation or perhaps ill.  Otherwise, her telephone extension should either be inactivated or answered by her replacement.

Thanks for the information. Very timely since I have to call today about the exterior lighting recall.

All is well in the FR world! I heard from Susan this morning Smile Lights on order and  rear window sealing is being covered. Now to see how the dealership does...

I sent an email to Kristin Griffin at kgriffin@forestriverinc.com, twice, once on Aug 6, and again on Aug 8.  Never received a reply of any sort.

A note that I contacted the R-pod parts person to find out who handled Salem parts, and when I contacted them I was told FR policy is now to direct individuals to their local dealer for parts.  Can't hurt to try if you need risers, etc., but just passing along what I was told.
