Thanks for the warm welcome.  I feel like we just joined a wonderful new club.  I suspect we will have to try our hand at traveling with our 179.  Our pod was supposed to be a little snack shack, reading nook, a convenient place to pee when we come off the lake, and maybe an occasional place to sleep by the lake, but I am already wondering what life on the road would be like.  We are thinking about taking her for a spin out to Mt. Rushmore next spring, before we take her to northern Minnesota, where she is supposed to reside.

Welcome. Lots of ways to use a camper. One advantage of a hard-sided camper (vs. a popup or tent) is they are much easier to use for touring.

Mount Rushmore is one stop we want to make. Yellowstone has been a long-term dream for us. I hope we can make that trip in 2018. Please take your 179 out for a spin. You may decide that having your little house trailing behind you is something that is fun, especially if it frees you up to visit places you might otherwise have skipped.
