Leveling

We have camped in some pretty extreme conditions that include very uneven terrain.  We only use the plastic lego blocks under the tires to bring our 177 to level.  Only use your stabilizers for that purpose, to stabilize your pod after it is level side to side and fore to aft.  Make sure you have good tire chocks as well, once I didn't do it properly and the pod rolled downhill about 6 feet.

Level using whatever device will work best for you. You may need to do a little grading to get a place sufficiently level to allow whatever system you choose (blocks, Andersen leveler, or BAL leveler) to have the range to level the trailer by the tires if the slope of your property is as bad as you describe it.
Chock those wheels. I also have experienced some slippage in my driveway, which has some slope, but not much. The plastic chocks do not do very well. They tend to slip. The BAL Single Tire Chock clamps on to the wheel and prevents it from rolling. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it does stick out a little, so one has to watch out not to kick it. It hurts to do so.
Use the stabilizers for stabilizing only. They are not made to lift the R-Pod.

The flattest spot I had on my property required a 7" shim under one wheel to level. I spent $3.5K getting a spot graded and driveway rejiggered so as to provide more backing room.

yup, just easier to drive up onto wood or plastic blocks.
