Use a sleeping bag instead.

We're new R-Pod owners - bought a 177 last October, got out once before winterizing.  Ok, I should clarify - we're new RV'ers.  Heck, we're new campers!!  But I love travel, I love flexibility, and I love being able to take our dog along.  That pretty much meant RV to me, so we went ahead and bit the bullet :).  Thought about going the class C route, but the cons of having another motorized vehicle seemed to outweigh the pros, at least at this point.  Not the mention the cost.  Boyfriend has a Chevy Silverado - so no prob towing there, although gas mileage seems to drop to about 10 mpg.  I have a Honda Pilot - have not tried to tow with that, read lots of pros and cons.  It doesn't have a tow package, so I'd need to be convinced it would be worth it before shelling out the do-rey-me for that.  Looking forward to learning more and exploring the country.  Would love to hear about any primitive/ lesser known places in Western Washington we might head out to.
