We actually carry two sets, one real light, one medium weight, and if needed, the lights will slide inside the mids to make a heavy. But for most of the year it's just the lights. I can't get her to do much winter camping. But I enjoy it.<br><br>BUT.. if you are sheet people, one tip is to sew the top sheet to your fitted bottom sheet at the bottom, so when the fitted sheet goes on, the top sheet is perfectly in place..<br>]]>

We go mid week while school is still in session. Some sites have paved driveways and water near by.we have lived in tokeland Washington for 37 years and last year was the first time there on the first camping trip with R pod.Highly recommend it. I did believe there are no hook ups. We didn't have any, but there is water and bathrooms. The beach is just a short walk down a hill. My avatar is a photo of my dogs playing on the beach. Lots of wind blown trees and round flat stones.<br><br>Do a search on Kalaoch Beach.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=2601" rel="nofollow">Jayman and Splenda</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4520<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23 Mar 2014 at 10:54pm<br /><br />We're new R-Pod owners - bought a 177 last October, got out once before winterizing. &nbsp;Ok, I should clarify - we're new RV'ers.&nbsp; Heck, we're new campers!!&nbsp; But I love travel, I love flexibility, and I love being able to take our dog along.&nbsp; That pretty much meant RV to me, so we went ahead and bit the bullet :).&nbsp; Thought about going the class C route, but the cons of having another motorized vehicle seemed to outweigh the pros, at least at this point.&nbsp; Not the mention the cost.&nbsp; Boyfriend has a Chevy Silverado - so no prob towing there, although gas mileage seems to drop to about 10 mpg.&nbsp; I have a Honda Pilot - have not tried to tow with that, read lots of pros and cons.&nbsp; It doesn't have a tow package, so I'd need to be convinced it would be worth it before shelling out the do-rey-me for that.&nbsp; Looking forward to learning more and exploring the country.&nbsp; Would love to hear about any primitive/ lesser known places in Western Washington we might head out to.<br>]]>
