Pretty sure you have a different light fixture.

Not all 2014s have LEDs.  Ours didn't.  I got the Amazon specials and changed out all of them except the bathroom, the porch light, and the front exterior light.  I didn't have any problems getting the covers off, but the bulbs are a bit difficult to extract.  Just pull hard. The soft white LEDs are easy on the eyes as well as the battery.

Depends on what you buy.. and where. This is a popular option.. link

We bought flat panels from eBay, when we did it way back when they were about $1.25 each. Something like this, but only 24 LEDs.. Link2 |

Just pull them out.. they are wedge bases. They don't have any locking lugs etc.. just "stuck" in there.

   Nope, LED's didn't become standard until 2014.
You squeeze slide then pull the cover away. Hard to explain, easy to do. You need 921 wedge base bulbs. Most used a flat paddle style, 12-20 or so emitters per paddle, soft white, unless you like the operating room look.. then "bright white" It cost us about $15 to do our whole trailer.

I thought that the 2012 models came standard with LEDs.  I guess they don't.
