Hi! I’ve had it about a year. The passenger side fender is rock solid but the drivers side (by the Rpod’s entry door) has ripped off. I repaired the LED but the screws just pull out of the holes. Looking for advice on how to best reattach it correctly (do it once, do it right). A size wider screw? Longer screws? I thought about well nuts but the holes are only about 3mm wide and I don’t see any well nuts that small.
Advice? Thank you! ![]() Edited by jshectman - Today at 7:56am |

What I did when about half the screws were not holding any longer and the fender was about to fall off was I filled the old holes with some weather proof sealant. After the old holes were filled I drilled new starter holes in the fender and trailer wall (about a half inch away fromt he old holes) and got some good caulk/mastic and liberally put that between the fender and the wall of the trailer. Then installed the screws into the fender/wall. When the fender was attached I put a good bead of caulk/mastic on the visible fender joint with the wall. I used black caulk/mastic for appearance sake. I have had no problem with the fender since, hope this helps.
