Hi, we are looking at a used 182g and need tips on where to check for water damage or other issues. Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks. Pete

Water stains on the ceiling, walls, floors?  Smells musty, moldy, Wet?
Check in the corners, under the sinks and shower.  Near the water pump and water heater,  Windows and door frame.

Thanks just saw one. Had eternabond across rear seal and top left. A little bubbling in top left corner. No smell. Been pouring here so it would have been wet. Old damage I think. Question is will it continue to come apart?

You can't really know how bad the leak got before it was repaired. There are lots of trailers out there, I'd pass on anything that has signs of water damage.

Yep, water leaks are a major issue with travel trailers in general.

Thinking about preventatively applying endurabond tape to all top seams as soon as I find a clean unit. Thoughts??

If you want to do that you can but be sure that the surfaces you're applying the eternabond to are clean and properly primed, or you can wind up concealing a leak that develops later.
