Thinking about preventatively applying endurabond tape to all top seams as soon as I find a clean unit. You can't really know how bad the leak got before it was repaired. Thanks just saw one. Had eternabond across rear seal and top left. A little bubbling in top left corner. No smell. Been pouring here so it would have been wet. Old damage I think. Water stains on the ceiling, walls, floors?  Smells musty, moldy, Wet?
Check in the corners, under the sinks and shower.  Near the water pump and water heater,  Windows and door frame.
