When you are camping with full hookups, take advantage of the 2 inches of insulation on your 'pod and use a small electric space heater.  Unless its well below freezing you won't even need to turn it above low (750 watt setting).  I don't recommend an $18 model with a dial thermostat.  They don't have good temperature control.  I do recommend moving up to the $30 range and get one with a digital thermostat.

We have had both and ended up with the dial type only because of the small size.  Once you find the "right" spot mark it with a magic marker.
