Condensation has been a common problem, discussed elsewhere:

We've had the problem the last 4 weekends we've been camping (its rained every weekend in October around here). Cracking 2 windows and cracking the vent an inch help, but its not perfect. This makes me think more about trying out the small-fan-under-the-shower-mod I've discussed before. The overhead fan is way too big... too much amperage when on battery power and too much air flow. A small 2" biscuit fan, installed under the shower where it would vent up through the vent already installed below the shower would be about right. Only problem would be the possibility of freezing up the water trap for the shower drain if its freezing outside.

This was suggested by Phil H as a solution often used by boaters:

Since an air conditioner is the best dehumidifier, I wonder how it would work to run the AC on low with a heater- of course it would only be done when hooked up to electric. That's what we do in cars on a wet cold day.

If it is cold out side I believe the coils (or something) could freeze upConfused

Haven't camped in cold weather with pod, but in aliner we would leave the roof vent up a couple of inches when using the heat. This reduced condensation problem.

That would work and I have done that in previously owned RVs.
BUT-   the rpod has that all in one thermostat that won't let you select heat and cool at the same time...aaah the wonder of modern digital stuffConfused
