Began the process of dewinterizing... only got as far as filling the fresh water tank and emptying pink-stuff from low point drains before I was interrupted. Thought to get back to it and finish today but the weather man is calling for one night (day after tomorrow) of hard freeze, possibly into the 20's. (Welcome to Northern Nevada!!!)
Now what do I do? Should I drain the fresh water tank? Will it be sufficient to let the heater run at a low temperature overnight?

An overnight freeze? Just turn on the furnace and water heater (I assume you've filled it already) and it'll be fine.

+1 on Outbound's advice. It will be fine if the water tank is competely full. There will be enough thermal mass to keep it from freezing with a dip into the 20's overnight.
As an alternative to the pod's furnace, you can just plug in a small electric heater on low. Open several cabinets to allow warmer air to circulate.

Nope. No water in the water heater tank. Literally, just got the plugs out of the low-point drains... (BTW: Didn't know King-Kong worked at the Forest River factory 'cuz some big farking gorilla put those plugs in. Took two people with pliers and vice-grips to get them off...), and then was called away from the project. So, just a little bit of furnace should be OK for the overnight cold-snap?

If you didn't run the water pump then you still have antifreeze in all the lines so no need for heat.
