Has anyone made a "How To" video for this? If so, can the link be posted? Thanks!

Will do. We are on our third season and around the 2000-2500 miles. I'm always leery about do-it-yourselfing things that can get us killed! Lol

I am working a write up for the on-line POD manual, but in the meantime this link should take you to the Lippert brake and bearing service manual that covers it all. The Dexter Axle procedures are probably similar, but again, this manual is specifically for the Lippert Axle and Brakes.  Let me know if the link doesn't work. Good luck!

So the wife has vetoed me doing this myself. Something about liking being alive or whatever...
Aside from repacking the bearings, is there anything else that should be done? By this I mean anything that requires scheduled maintenance.
Please don't feel that you're offending me by mentioning something simple, because you won't.

The Forum Pod instruction manual has a lot of good information in it.

You can also download the FR Owner's Manual here: Forest River Owners Manual

The service section starts on P.38 and P.42 has a checklist.
