Removing windows and screen for washing

   Has anyone removed their window screens for washing?  I see some small tabs at the bottom of the main window frame holding the screen frame but it seems very firmly stuck.  Do I just push upwards until it can be popped out? or is there some crowbar-ing type motion to be used?  I'm just worried that I would damage the window.
I was also wondering if anyone has removed their window panes for cleaning? We have a really icky bug make some sort of webbed sac between the panes just where we can't reach and the action of opening and closing the window has smeared the webbing and possibly part of the bug inside along the window panes.

	Hi Tracy, the screens will come out easily- the frames are quite flexible. I would imagine that the windows will come out also. Try lifting the moveable one straight up in its track and pulling inward once the screen is out. Walt

	My screens slide out very easily, sometimes too easily.
