They should be standard drum brakes. There is an oval rubber plug on the back, inside is a "star wheel". Using a thin flathead screwdriver you need to reach inside the hole and turn the wheel (you'll have to experiment to figure out which way).
1. Apply maximum power from your brake controller several times.
2. Jack up one side of the trailer.
3. Open the oval rubber plug.
4. Reach inside with a narrow flathead screwdriver.
5. Adjust the star wheel (again, experiment - and once you figure it out on one side, the other side is the OPPOSITE direction) while slowly turning the wheel, until the wheel locks up.
6. Move the star wheel several clicks in the other direction until the wheel moves almost freely. There should be a very slight drag when you are done.
7. Close the plug, drop the trailer, and do the other side.
When you are done expect to make some small adjustments to the brake controller the first trip out as everything wears in.
