if you have a volt meter check the voltage at the battery terminals. should be over 13 volts if you are getting a charge from the converter. if not that is your problem. the frig needs 12 volts to run ite electronics.

Fridge, lights, bathroom fan, all need 12 volts to run so it sounds like the converter is dead. First check for flipped circuit breakers, one of them controls the converter itself.

techntrek, are you sure that one breaker controls the converter itself? You may have just taught me something. I have always disconnected the battery cable to stop battery drain while in storage. My pod is in storage now so I can't check it out. Bob |

Should be one that controls the converter, yes. However, that is different than the battery itself. Its good you disconnect it. But the circuit breaker would control the converter when plugged into AC.

Check your cable connections to your battery. If you are attaching the charger directly to the cables, you are bypassing the battery if the terminals need to be cleaned. Otherwise, yes, you might have a dead battery, but I doubt it.
