I may have the option of leaving my 177 plugged in to shore power while it's in storage for winter.  Other than making sure to check the battery fluid level is there anything else I need to be aware of?  Is this a good idea or is it best not to leave power connected all of the time?

Thanks
Rob

I don't see any problem with this. You don't have to worry about the battery. I would shut off the fridge and prop the door open.

A note on the fridge, if you look at the latch on the inside wall, there is a sliding adjustment that you can move forward.  Once you do that the fridge will not close all the way (but will still latch itself so the door doesn't swing around).  That is perfect for between trips and over the winter.

Only thing I would add about the battery is to check the fluid level once or twice over the winter.  The 3-stage charger in the converter shouldn't boil it away but it is still a good idea to check.

Unless you slam the door with it is engaged and break off the little tab.
