I also made brownies but used a mix and put it in disposable bowls with a small piece of chocolate bar and micro each one for about l minute slow process but delicious

So, while the 'pod is parked in the driveway, waiting for her inaugral "Canadian" trip (she's now officially a Canadian citizen!) I thought I'd play around with oven as I don't have any experience with these convection things.  The included instructions are a little vague, to say the least, but enough that I could figure it out.  I was making brownies anyway so thought it would be a good experiment for the trailer.  SUCCESS!!  Made them in the mini-muffin tin (12 count) and it only took 12 minutes!  Guess I'll be finding a home for that little tin somewhere.  Now, what to experiment with next...?Ying Yang
