Topic: Look what happened before we even bought our 'pod Posted: 03 Sep 2011 at 4:43am |
I've enjoy the forum, and all of the help and ideas about choosing the right 'pod. We just had one little setback with buying one right now.
This is what happened this morning. Yup, that's our van under the tree. It made for a very interesting day. We were able to get the van out with only minimal damage. Hood, windshield, pillar, roof, and tailgate all got dinged up pretty good. This is what I get for taking the day off and staying home.
I hope the pic links work, Shawn

Shawn, I copied and pasted each of your links into my browser, and that worked fine, and I could see your photos - they were just a little small though. Oh, my goodness though - what a mess! One bright spot - at least there wasn't an R-Pod connected to that van under the tree!

Oh no! At least nobody was sitting in the van at the time.
Right?

I fixed the link in the 2nd post, it brings up all the pictures at one time. Sorry to see the damage - was this tree weakened in the recent hurricane?

Yea, the link works. Thank you.
No hurricanes in Wisconsin. Just lots and lots of wind. Some areas still don't have any power. I'm just glad everything turned out OK. Brother-In-Law brought the chainsaw over and we can now get in the driveway.
