So, as I promised in our intoduction post, here are some photos of the installation of a 27" HDTV into our new 175. The most difficult part of the installation was relocating the factory installed antenna amplifier. Once I found that all three of the RG-6 cables connected to the amp were run thru the wall to the right of the bath, my install became easier. There is also a 12 Volt line in the same wall. The only additional wiring I had to do was to add a 110 outlet. All hidden behind a new access panel I had to cut.
As seen from the couch. Swing backwards and this is the view from the bed. Even I can see it!! This view shows the custom bracket I made to both support the somewhat heavy tv and also provide an angle iron "channel" that the tv locks into during towing. Locked in place and ready to "hit the road". (tv hides the access hole I had to cut to get to the wireing) I wonder what mod i will do next. That it for now.
