Congratulations on getting your R-Pod back. It would be interesting to see what the differences in construction are for the floor (if any). Perhaps it now has more cross-braces. Is the dry weight on the sticker the same as before?

My Rpod was returned to me this week. All fixed and looking pretty good except they didn't clean up their work mess. I had many dirty finger prints from the workers all over the inside and dirt on all the horizontal surfaces. Not that big of deal, I cleaned it all in an hour.
They replaced my axle, installed the outrigger brackets (only 2 on the slide out side), replaced the floor, the rear stabilizer jacks and they replaced both side walls. The floor feels much more solid. My stairs don't flex anymore, they're solid. I was surprised they didn't install the outrigger brackets on the right side of the camper. Everything looks straight, square and solid but I'll keep and eye on it. None of my modifications were an issue. I had modified the plywood under the mattress, adding a piano hinge to access the water pump and valves easier. When I lifted the mattress I found they hadn't installed any screws to reattach the plywood. This isn't an issue, I have screws I'll secure it with. They replaced the sides so they had to install the decals again but we didn't get the frog in the canoe decal. Not a big deal but I liked the Frog.
Overall I'm happy with all the work and can't wait to get out and camp in it.

Several weeks ago they told me they were trying to get this back to me by the end of June. So I'm hopeful and anxious to camp in it again. I'll keep you all posted.

I do hope they noted my updated brackets for the black and gray discharge pipes. Their version broke within the first 2 months.

Hopefully it will be back on your driveway soon.  Have they let you know about how long before they will have completed this job?  Looks like great progress so far.

I have an update on my Rpod; I received an email a week ago. The floor has been replaced and they have my driver’s side sidewall taken off and are working on getting that replaced. They're planning to start on the other side last Monday. I'm not sure if they're doing anything with the axle or not.
They have a new service advisor, Hope Rowlison, 574-200-6329. She sent my some pictures;

I was concerned about that too as I had a lot of modifications.  Because I thought the floor would be changed out, I removed a lot of the solar wiring and a new battery area that was inside and realized I might have to lose the glued on 150 watt panel if they replaced the roof.  Quite the pain undoing everything, but in the end the floor didn't have to be removed and somehow got it level with the outriggers.  I think they also de-winterized it, which saves me some time!  Hope they get to yours soon.

My Rpod 189 was picked up a little over 6 weeks ago. I've received a few emails from Zack about the camper being looked at, parts being ordered and having to fill out the factory service agreement paperwork which hadn't been sent to me previously. Zack was hoping the parts would be in this week so I'm hopeful they will begin the repairs soon. I'm anxious to get it back to salvage some of this camping season. I haven't made any reservations yet because I wasn't sure what the timing would be for the repairs but I can't wait to get out there again. I'm happy with the quality of the repairs that BH Podder mentioned. It gives my hope for mine.

How did the factory deal with any modifications you did while they repaired what was needed? I put in a shelf above my bed but looking at Canadiandad's pictures, they removed the entire side of the camper. So my shelf would have to be removed if they take off the side.

The factory route is also okay if you can get it approved to go there. I no longer have the RPod 179. If I did, I would be looking at going that route. The Cherokee Grey Wolf does not have the overhang issue and it does not have a slide-out, so it won't have those problems. It will have its own set of problems, some of which are being addressed at the dealer. I hope that last piece of metal will come in soon so we can get it back. I'd like to get out there now that the weather is pretty nice.

Just thought I'd give an update on the factory work for the sagging floor.  My 2018.5 177 was returned today after 6.5 weeks and looks great. It turns out they didn't need to replace the floor, but did add 5 outriggers on the slide side and replaced the axle.  It sits higher than before, with about 4-5 inches between the tire and fender--almost like a hood river version.  Not sure why it's that high since it's higher on both sides.  I'll have to see how it sits on the car hitch and if I have to adjust that at all.  To my surprise, they also replaced all the stabilizer jacks, the tongue jack, and a blind.  Only the blind was broken so not sure why they replaced those jacks, but certainly nice to see.  They also added straps to both black and grey and the hose tube so everything is double reinforced now to address that annoying issue of it dropping when on the road.  They added new vinyl trim and nicely sealed all roof and walls.  I would certainly recommend going the factory route if you can spare the time.
