Update, I picked it up today and it looks brand new again.  They got the older style stickers.  No charge on anything but the brake adjustment - and the brakes work really well now, I had to turn my Prodigy brake controller down a few notches.

If my memory serves me right, sometimes it doesn't, I believe the warranty is transferable.  It should be in your paper work somewhere.  Otherwise, contact FR.
