To answer your other question, the Hampton seems OK, not but a short distance from the factory. We were always up there with the pod, so only know a couple CG's for sure..

Once we pick it up, we will likely look to stay in the area for one night. That will give us the opportunity to check for any issues before we head back. Thanks for the information about the Hampton. I'll check it out. What about nearby campgrounds or state parks?

The Elkhart County Fairgrounds looks like it might be just the thing for a one-night stay.

The actual CG part seems OK, Only stayed there for the International Rally.. never in the CG part. Since you may have some time to kill while in the area, and everyone needs to eat..  Rise and Roll is great, and there is at least one Triple D place in town, the "South Side Soda Shop".. and "Lux Cafe" for breakfast, if you can get in.

Thanks. I'm working on getting what we will need into our Frontier. I'm very glad we have the tonneau cover as well as the Crew Cab. There will be a lot we will not be able to take with us. Our mattress is one of those things. I have an old Coleman inflatable queen mattress that is actually full width but a little less (76") length than a standard queen. I did a test fit, and it will work for us for the return trip. It will certainly take up a lot less space for the trip up. Other things will of necessity have to wait until we return to get reinstalled or stowed in preparation for our summer travel.
