Just bought a new R179. Seniors from Ontario. So excited as it is a step up from a pop up. Don't like reading problems with the trailer. Had to convince my husband this was the best. Let's hope so. Wondered how you stop things from falling over in the frig while travelling and any rpod activities in Ontario. Thanks.

Guess we have been lucky - no real problems with ours over the last 2+ yrs.  As I learned with my previous tent trailer, one has to be a tinkerer to have an rv.  Bouncing down the highway at 60 is not easy on things.  Small plastic boxes and trays help in the fridge.

We bought our 2016 R179 in December. We had some fit and finish issues, but they were minor. The most serious problem was caused by mud dauber wasps in the refrigerator's flue. There were some trim moldings that needed to be fastened better. The panel below the refrigerator was only held by three screws into the aluminum molding. I replaced them with anchors in the frame. It has held so far. I may replace them with a piano hinge someday. I really would prefer to figure out how to let the panel swing both ways so that if it hits something on the way in or out, it will be able to move without breaking something.

We are now on our second long trip of this summer. We have not had any problems to speak of.

Welcome.  We always take a fold-down clothes rack.  There are options that mount to a RV bumper, or to a hitch, or pull-out string-type clotheslines.
