I live just south of MD. line in Hunt Valley, have a technical question for you. When plugged into shore power and batt disconnected I have no 12volt power in camper. Thinking converter not working, no fan or hum from converter.

Checked all fuses and breakers, 110v to converter but no 12v. Was out west and think I may have cooked converter, any input. Thanks

With the batteries disconnected, the converter should put out a little over 13 volts.  Assuming all the fuses are good chances are you lost your converter.

Welcome.  We are very close to each other, I'm about 20 minutes north of Hunt Valley.

Breaking down the problem I would first make sure you have 120 volts where you are plugging it in at home, then open up the area behind the converter and make sure you have 120 volts at the converter.  You said you checked all fuses, make sure all breakers are on, too (one is a master for the converter).

I have a brand new 180, which just turned 6 weeks old, and I just had it in the shop for them to replace the convertor.

I live/travel in mine full time and have already logged over 2,500 miles, so there is considerably more wear and tear on it than "normal" use, but I was still surprised when it failed.  After reading your post, I hope this is not going to be an ongoing issue...
