Here are some photo's of a mod I made this week. New storage space above the bed.
Removed the TV/DVD/Radio above bed. Replaced with 1/4 birch plywood, framed it out and installed slider type doors. I left the electrical outlet so we can charge phones and other electronics', I drilled a hole in the plywood so a cable can run up to the outlet. I will be building a shelf under the storage compartment soon to hold these items. I guess all the woodworking equipment I have came in handy after all. |

Welcome, yes very nice. Did you design it and have a local shop cut the vinyl?

Not really much of a mod, but when sleeping on the dinette/bed we put down two coleman self inflating bed rolls we used when tent camping under the cushions for extra thickness and comfort....makes a world of difference and they take but a minute to deflate and store under the seats
Second mod, we put up a small curtain for each bunk, blocks out the light when our son wants to watch a movie on the tablet or play his gameboy before bed time.

That happened to me, too, in the Georgia heat last summer. |
