Assistance needed. Our 179 Rpod is 5 days old. We are hooked up at campsite now. The refrigerator has stopped. We have checked the fuses and they are good. We contacted Forest River and someone is supposed to call us tomorrow about service.
Any suggestions? Thank you fellow R-Podders!
Peace\/,
Jimmy & Elaine

moving this to its own post

Have you tried all 3 modes, or are you getting no lights at all on the fridge and it won't turn on?  When you say fuses, did you check the 12 volt fuse and the 120 volt circuit breaker?

Also check the GFI.  There is one outlet in the pod that has a GFI reset button.  Check to see if it popped and reset it if necessary.

The fridge is on a dedicated circuit.  The GFI only protects the plug circuit.

Not necessarily. Some pods have had the fridge wired to the GFI along with the other recepticles. The FR motto is "Let no two pods be built the same." It's worth a look.

Nope. MOST pods are wired with the fridge on the GFCI, REGARDLESS of what the breaker panel shows.
