The soonest we were able to make reservations at the campground is November 1.  We had MANY people waiting by their computers at 10 to 8 a.m. with everything ready to go and just waiting on the 8 a.m. to show up on their computer clocks!  As soon as I see how this year's goes, and see how much interest there is, I will post here when the next one will be.  There has been some talk of trading off with the one that happens in Idaho, but I've also had conversations with people who would prefer to have another one here as well.  SO, the answer is "We shall see and I'll let you know as soon as possible"

Enjoy your new R-Pod...I have had a BLAST with mine and it is only a year old!

Thank you for your warm welcome.
Just in case we can't make this year, how soon do you take sign-ups for next year.

We would love you to come join the fun.  Unfortunately at THAT campground there are no more options other than the handicap places.  If you set up notifications for that campground, as people cancel, you will be notified and hopefully be able to snag the spot before someone else does.  The group who are on FaceBook are also keeping up with who is where and if anyone lets us know they are not coming, we will share that information here as well to avoid the possibility of the spot going to a Non-Podder.

There are other campgrounds in the area where you might be able to get a spot still.  They are both state park and private campgrounds.  I would use RVPARKS or AllStays to see if you can find something nearby.

We currently have 31 Pods signed up with 57 People coming  This is 3 times the size of last years!
IF you decide to come just for the group gathering on Saturday evening, please let me know so we can take that into account.

Good luck!

Hello TexanBorn,
Just wondering if it's to late to join your 2017 Rpod rally?
We will be picking up our new 2017.5 179 in about two weeks.
I looked on the site, and it shows all spots reserved on the Rim loop except for the handicap ones.
Is there another area loop where Rally overflow should look to reserve?

There are no specific sites reserved for the Rally, the park is not involved with the reservations.  We are each responsible for getting a site, we were not able to block a group of spaces just for us, but we have been able to group together mostly on the Rim Loop.

If you go to the website and look at the dates for the Rally, you will see which sites are still available.

I tried making reservations for the rally, but the person I talked too to make reservations was confused or I was confused.  Are there specific sites? The person I was talking to identified the sites open on the rim loop
