Going to have electric brakes installed in my van. Newbie question: mechanic asked me if my R pod was equipped for electric brakes. I said, I think so. Hope I'm right! Am I??

Yes, the pod has electric brakes. What you are going to have done is a "Brake Controller" installed.

Make sure they install 10 or 8 gauge wire on the +12 charge line from the van's battery back to the 7-pin connector (Bargeman).  Usually you get 12 gauge and it just isn't big enough.
