It seems a WDH is one of those things you will know you need if you need it and wouldn't do without if you already have one. I have an RP-171, which is the lightest of them all, being pulled with a smallish SUV. All I'm using is a sway bar and it pulls like a dream.

No Flaming from me but, if you have front wheel drive ( I have) on gravel and wet grass  on hills it makes all the difference.

I do have anti-sway, just not WDH. I am doing my first distance trip next week so I may change my mind after that. Please don't flame me. I understand that most people on this forum wouldn't dream of not having a WDH. But I also look around the campgrounds and about half the people towing don't.

Although it's never a bad idea to have a WDH, many vehicles don't need one.  I'm with you:  Just a friction anti-sway bar.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Thanks all! Since I don't have a WDH I didn't recognize it. I guess I'll toss it.
