How about Stainless Steel nuts, bolts and washers . We just picked up our 179 Saturday and I noticed the nuts and washer on the four support legs are already rusting.I think that the extra cost would be negligible.

Make sure you use lock washers with the nuts.  Stainless is very hard won't jam onto the threads like regular nuts.

I use stainless fasteners all the time.  Remember stainless steel is not much stronger than a grade 2 fastener.  DON'T, use them where tensile strength is required.  If you must, up size the bolt.

This is very true. Stainless hardware is "soft" in comparison to a standard steel bolt. Easy to strip. Choose wisely where to use it, and not anywhere where structural strength is needed, unless you go bigger than original.
