Topic: Excited New 178 Owners! Posted: 19 Feb 2015 at 8:16am |
We are so excited with the purchase of our 2105 rpod 178!! Cannot wait to pick it up soon. Not that the first thing I want to do is mods, but...there is a lack of cabinet space. Has anyone added drawers under the dinette area. We don't plan on using the table and thinking of putting an ottoman there with storage. But I think the drawers may be nice for clothing, etc. LOVE reading all these posts and cannot wait to hit the road (as we live in Michigan and brrrrrr)

Welcome and congratulations!
You will enjoy the 178.
If you are interested in coming to Ontario at the beginning of June we would love to have you at our Rendez-vous June 4-7th. Details are on the Events Page. With 13 R-Pods coming, plus lots of other FR RVs, we will have time to compare mods.
Cheers,
David

Hi Welcome! We also have a 178 and one of the first mods we did was the ole shelf over the bed with baskets mod. Works good, many have done this mode. Good luck!

Cutting a access opening in the curbside dinette seat, so you do not have to go in from the top. Good for shoes, or containers. Leave open or create door from cutout.
