okay  little confused here everybody is saying the OD is 5.565 but the links to the part sources are showing 2.565 OD is this a typo? which is right size  i guessing the 2.565 OD is the good number 5.565 OD would be a pretty big seal.

Right on. My vote is for TWO and NINE SIXTEENTHS outside diameter. FIVE would be wider than your hand.

NINE SIXTEENTHS might be a bit misleading as well (as that comes to .5625, not .565.), but I wanted to get numerals out of the text.

Suffice it to say, the space is less than three inches, and not over five inches.

Seals, bearings , etc can be purchased locally, I've had excellent luck with NAPA, even our local O'Reilly's has access to them. Best you know the number of the component you are looking for. I like locally because if there is an issue I can take it back quickly.

We recently purchased a Rpod 180 and drove it back from Nevada.  Stayed the first night in it in Death Valley.  All the appliances operated perfectly except the right brake did not operate.  When we got back home in Oregon I removed the brake drum and found the shoes and brake magnet coated with a thick layer of grease.  The local NAPA had the same part number grease seals ($2.50) and also purchased a set of wheel bearings.  NAPA had a kit with bearings, seals (these were aftermarket) and a real cap. As soon as the rain slow will check the other side and repack the wheel bearings.  I'm an Amsoil fan so I have plenty of grease.
