Hello all,
We have a 177 pod.
1.the sink tap filter screen is clear.
2.the city water flows through sink and shower taps just  fine.

The problem is when we are on the tank water( dry camping) the water barely comes out,gurgles and no pressure.

Is there a filter by the pump??  and if so where is it? Someone said there was in another post.
Under the sink there is only 1 valve,we have turned it both ways,nothing works.

Please help before we have to take it to the RV dealer!!!!

Yes, there is a filter right next to the pump, connected to the pump inlet. It's a small glass bowl with t screen inside. Sometimes it gets clogged with residue from the tank installation. Just unscrew the bowl, clean, and replace. And make sure you have enough water in the fresh water tank. It must be filled separately. It will not fill from the city water connection.

This happened to us in the Tetons. Does the shower flow just fine? If so, then the pump is fine. Instead you have a clogged screen on the sink faucet. Unscrew the aerator from the end of the sink faucet and clean out the grit. My next mod is to replace the faucet and sink.

The filter by the pump is.. well.. by the pump. On most 177's the pump is behind the bottom left cabinet panel in the kitchen. Mounted to the floor. On a few it's in the WH compartment. The filter is a small jar looking thing, mounted in the water line from the holding tank. BUT.. my guess is the winterization intake hose/valve is not closed completely. When this happens, you get some water from the tank, but lots of air from that intake. It is also located right there by the pump..

In this picture you can see the pump, the filter and the winterization valve and hose.. This is in our 177. The filter screws on to the bottom of the black disc looking thing with the round label on it...

I agree it is likely the winterization valve.  In the pic above it is the white valve, and it will have a hose attached to it that isn't connected to anything.  That's the hose you see coming out of the cabinet.  The valve should not point to it, or in-between.

i checked the winter valve it is turned the right way. thank u so much for the pic,made my week a whole lot better. I hope this works

Brand new 178, dealer prep a farce. Went camping Saturday for the first time. No hot water, runs hot then turns cold. I was hooked up to city water, never was shown how to run electric option on hot water heater so used gas, fired up, but no hot water. Tried filling tank and using pump instead of city water. No water at all, just air. Long way and gas to take to dealer so I pulled up the right side panel under bed. I found two valves in incorrect position. One closed which explained no water from tank. The other was a open valve between hot and cold lines on hot water tank, explained the brief rush of hot water then followed by cold. This was screwed up at the plant and then the dealer never tested like they were supposed to. Lousy instruction manual but figured out how to  run the electric option on the heater, small switch behind heater door, lower left. Switch on control panel inside for gas only.

Your winterization valves are in the wrong position.  If the 178 is the same layout as our 177, your best
bet is to access the valves from above after removing the mattress and plywood from the bed platform.

There is an access panel just inside the "basement" on the left.  Good luck reaching the valves through
that!
