I am thinking about getting a generator to use with the pod. I have no idea what type or how large. Does it need to be an inverter type generator or not? I would like to be able to use the convection oven and TV. Any thoughts?

The inverter-generator style uses less fuel and is quieter. There are cheaper options out there like Champion, but they tend to not be as quiet as Honda or Yamaha, and they will likely wear out faster.
