I know I can get this answered by calling the dealer but am at work at the moment and can't so I thought I'd post it here.  You guys might have it answered for me before I can get them called today.  :)

I have a dealer near me that sells forest river products but does not have any r-pods.  I would prefer to do business with them since they are ~10 miles from me vs the 90 miles to the closest dealer with r-pods.

Can my local dealer order me an r-pod?  I don't know if there are some sort of dealer restrictions that would prevent it or not.

Thanks.

Good to know, I was curious.  Sounds odd though.

yeah, seems strange but I guess no stranger than having a dozen brands with the same 6 floorplans.  LOL

Since this is our first RV we're looking to purchase I went into it thinking there are a ton of manufacturers out there, hence, a ton of variety.  I found out otherwise pretty quick.

Only so many ways you can configure the floorplan, and they've all been tried over the years.  I think the semi-original body is the reason the pods are so popular.

you're probably right.  I know that's what attracted us at first.  They just seem to have some character among all the others.
