In all the R Pods there are no sinks in the bathrooms.  Are there plans to rectify this and how have others solved this problem?  This could be a health issue using one sink for bathroom/food.

Most wetbaths do not have bath sinks. Some larger travel trailers don't have the bath sinks in the same room as the toilet.  We hand sanitizer attached to the wall near the shower handles

Its never been a problem for us - use the bathroom, use the sink.  If you are worried about germs on the knobs/handles, spray a little Lysol, or follow the rule of public bathrooms and always use your paper towel to touch anything.

We had owned a Icamp trailer smaller than the Rpod it had a sink in the bathroom it was nice to have, that and a medicine cabinet with a mirror. But we have learned to live without them. I have camped mostly with a tent, having one sink is nice to have. You will adjust. We sold the Icamp it was to small for us.    David and Danette

Below is a photo of a Scamp with a tiny sink in the bathroom - their large bathroom allows for it, about the only thing the Scamp has over the r-pod.  I think it would be a nice feature, but it would have to be above the toilet and high enough to not be in the way when using the john, which might be too high to be practical.  Still, it's a nice idea.

Another choice would be to eat out or don't brush your teeth...LOL  I vote for eating out.  I would rather brush my teeth in the kitchen sink then in a sink next to a toilet.

As a nurse I can tell you that alcohol based hand sanitizers are much preferred and more effective than hand washing with soap and water. Keep one in the bathroom and you will be fine. A second sink would be a waste of space and add unnecessary weight IMHO.

At the risk of sounding crude, that sink in the Scamp camper reminds me of the urinal in a portajohn.

Wow, that did sound crude, didn't it?

I JUST WIPE THE KITCHEN SINK OUT WITH CLOROX WIPES AFTER BRUSHING, I AGREE WOULD TAKE UP TO MUCH SPACE, BATHROOM IS CRAMPED AS IT IS.
