The top roof part of our R-Pod seems to be duller than it used to be. Is this oxidation of some kind and if so is there a way to bring it back to its original shine ?

"Awesome" cleaner and a little light scrub with a brush on a stick or mop style scruber.

We do the whole trailer that way start of the season, then wash with meguire's wash wax stuff as needed through the season. Furpod stays shiny that way.

I use Oxyclean on the exterior of mine.  Pics here of my own clean-up this summer:  http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3588

Also while you are up on the roof, if yours is a few years old you should check out and clean the A/C's evaporator and condenser.  http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3825
