Thanks! I did find our manual and read it. After waking up the panel with a gentle touch, putting in the code along with the unlock button, it gives a long beep, which if I understand correctly could mean the batteries are low or I've put in the wrong code. My husband is having a go at it now.

The problem with having a new trailer is that it makes us want to be retired. For me that's still five years off. Wink My mother tells me not to wish my life away. I'm trying, I really am.

Hmmmm, I have the same problem but my problem concludes in about 1 year, 8 months, 3 weeks.....................Wink
We're big into snowmobiling and I've never been this disappointed to see the warm weather leave but I've always loved fall, (my second favorite season) .

Been retired since '97.. It rocks. Especially if you do it early. (I was 37) Smile

On the lock.. If it is accepting the touches, but giving a long beep, Batteries MAY be low. You MAY have reset the code to the factory default. You MAY be entering the numbers to fast. You MAY be entering the numbers to slow. Your manual should give you the default combo, and tell you how to reset it, and tell you how to set a custom combo.

Pinging regulators have happened, it's a warranty thing.

So I'm wondering how you resolved the issue with the keyless entry? We are having the same issue right now Ouch

We have a 2014 177 and am experiencing the pinging regulator.  It seems to work OK but I ran out of propane using my heater a lot (or so I thought), went to refill it and found that it was still half full.  Evidently, it did not empty.  Was going to have the regulator replaced but decided  to add a second tank and a dual regulator.  Hopefully that will solve the problem.

It still sounds like you need to get that other regulator replaced.  It is fairly cheap.

Ok...

The battery life will be kind of short with those, off brand batteries or not, because that keypad is always "on".. waiting for a touch..
