Four year old R-Pod model 151,
near perfect condition, used only five times. Sleeps two very
comfortably. Comes with rooftop AC, furnace, small flat-screen TV, DVD
player, am/fm radio, two-burner cooktop, microwave, three way fridge
w/freezer, shower, toilet, full sized (double) bed/dinette, small floor
fan, dishes, etc.
Tows easily (we used a 4 cyclinder small SUV),
comes with used trailer mirrors, 30 amp electric with two extention
cords, some BBQ tools. After market four stabilizing jacks so that tires
can be lifted.

I hope the tires haven't been lifted or the first thing I would look for is cracks in the frame, or a bent frame. Not trying to be mean or scare off anyone, but no camper frame is designed to do that. Once the jacks make ground contact you should only make one or two more turns on the handle.
