As far as I know the shower pan is secured by the "lip" that runs along the pan's upper edge.  Just removing screws may not be enough, they probably caulked the heck out of it too.  You'll also need to unhook the drain pipes underneath via the vent you'll see near the floor under the door.

Seen this about 3 times now, but the toilet flange seems to be completely glued and secured to the shower pan.

I know one owner had a fix on their pan done by their dealer because of this.  Another owner right now on the facebook page is toying with what to do.

To get the pan out, I would wager you'll have to disconnect your piping from below at the access panel and remove the shower pan with the flange intact.  Maybe then you could have a chance of removing it if need be.

Question though, why are you removing yours?

Flood. Someone else was using the camper and left the cold water run a little when gone. The grey water tank filled and went into the shower stall. I took off the vent and cleaned up as much as I could. Two fans blowing to get the rest.

Most likely they had full hookups, then.  All of the contents of the fresh water tank will not overflow the gray or black tanks, unless it was refilled without also dumping the contents of the waste tanks.

When you have full hookups you can leave the gray tank's valve open - it's just the black tank which must remain closed until it is at least 2/3 full.  Hopefully helpful so this can't happen again.
