Picked up our new 178 from the dealer this week. We are really looking forward to our first trip, maybe next week. I have been lurking on this site for months while I was researching the purchase. Learned a lot from the posts here. Having never purchased a trailer before it was good to have a site like this to peruse.

You'll get the hang of all things Podding in no time flat. Enjoy the 178, it is indeed this years premier model and lots of new owners of them. We're all excited to see more of you new owners out on the road.

Congrats. Don't forget to change the mattress. I would ask you to join our Roundup in Seaside Oregon on the 15th of this month but it is entirely sold out. We have 21 Rpods registered and a total of 36 units coming, with 74 campers. I am planning another Roundup for next year about the same time. Keep an eye on this site and hopefully you will join us then. Enjoy your Rpod. Safe Travels.

I saw postings on the Seaside event. Sounds like fun, but we have tickets for a Giants - Red Sox game on Monday anyway. Maybe next time. We travel to Oregon frequently.

We will be down in the bay area at the end of August. Staying in Greenbrae. If I had unlimited money, I would live in San Francisco. Great town. Very expensive. Maybe next year. Safe Travels.
