We thought of a few but settled on Helipod given my background in aviation
We just came back from 3 days in Lubbock, TX.  Visited Buddy Holly museum, Silent Wings glider museum and the National Ranching Heritage Center.  Our little RP172 worked well as our base in the
KOA campgrounds.

My wife and I decided to include our passions in our Pod's name. We settled on Boom&Bake'n'Pod, or Boom&Bake for short. It's a combination of "boom-and-pod" for my RC helicopter hobby (pod-and-boom is a particular helicopter design), and baking for something my wife enjoys doing.

We are calling the 180 "Boris" for no particular reason

We never really named our RPod, we just call it "the Pod".  But, we call ourselves"Pod People"

Our 8-yr old daughter likes pirates and wants to call it the "Argh-pod". She later corrected it to "Argh-pod, Matey" and made a hook with her right index finger for added dramatic effect.

Jury's still out on this one.
