Cute ones!  This is causing quite a problem for us- trying to decide what to name it!  At least the daughter and myself...hubby doesn't seem to care! Ha Ha!

Four years in ours and we still just call it "the pod". No name has ever stuck.

OOops, looks like we're the 3rd couple to name our RpOd the Lily Pod. Anyway, it's a cool name and we like it, cause it fits. Maybe someday we'll come across one of the other Lily Pods in our adventures.

Our license plate had the letters CTY so that was our reasoning for dubbing our Pod 'Cutie-Pod'.

Off the subject, but that reminds me of when one of my daughters-in-law decided on a vanity plate for their car.  She is a nurse practitioner (NP) and works in a children's urgent care clinic.  Not thinking, she ordered "KID NP" which drew a lot of attention because everyone that saw it thought it meant Kidnapper.  Using a black permanent marker she put a period after the N and after the P.  She and my son still use that same plate.

No, Techntrek....he IS the back!!!.

He is now towed by a new Dodge Ram 1500 called "Dude" (after the old Dodge TV ad.)
The pair of them are referred to as "Duden'Arnie".
With the increase in available power over the old Dakota, my wife refers to "Arnie" as "hanging on for dear life" while we are on the highway.Smile

Great graphics MarWayne.  Love it!

I chose SeaPod for our 179 (hubby thinks naming it is dumb) because it is probably the closest thing to a cottage by the sea that I will ever have.  My float and beach towels are already aboard Smile

My girlfriend and I have a game of naming things - our little 171 is Roni Cocoa Chanel The Photogrpod.

I can only give you reasons for half of that - Cocoa is the colour scheme inside (and, really, you can't name something "Cocoa" without following it with "Chanel"), and I'm a photog(rapher).

We thought of a few but settled on Helipod given my background in aviation
We just came back from 3 days in Lubbock, TX.  Visited Buddy Holly museum, Silent Wings glider museum and the National Ranching Heritage Center.  Our little RP172 worked well as our base in the
KOA campgrounds.

My wife and I decided to include our passions in our Pod's name. We settled on Boom&Bake'n'Pod, or Boom&Bake for short. It's a combination of "boom-and-pod" for my RC helicopter hobby (pod-and-boom is a particular helicopter design), and baking for something my wife enjoys doing.

Our 8-yr old daughter likes pirates and wants to call it the "Argh-pod". She later corrected it to "Argh-pod, Matey" and made a hook with her right index finger for added dramatic effect.

Jury's still out on this one.
