Perhaps but the Suite case on the luggage rack definitely will.  LOL

I knew it was a bubble car but I had to look up which one. It is the BMW.

BMW Isetta.  One door in the front with the steering wheel and the shifter attached to the door.  I had a neighbor who had one, but never saw it run.

Back in the 50's I had a friend that regularly drove one to work. We called him Tiny because he was a BIG dude. To see him unwind from the front of that Isetta was an awesome sight.
