on my last camping trip I sheared off one of the head on the threads for my leveling jack.  Seems the leveling jacks aren't very sturdy.  I was looking at the scissor style but I'm concerned about them hanging down and scraping off during travel (in and out of parking lots, road dips, etc).

Any recommendations for replacement jacks would be great.  What have other folks done to upgrade or replace these jacks?

Keep in mind that the built-in jacks on all campers (except the systems built into large RVs) are NOT designed to "level", only to "stabilize".  You should level using blocks of wood or other methods under the wheels for side-to-side levelling, and the tongue jack for front-back levelling.  The stabilizer jacks should go down until they touch the ground and then no more than 1-2 more turns to make a firm contact.

During our delivery process the Dealer tech emphasized that the jacks were for  stabilization only.  

I would recommend replacing your broken items with OEM's or the equivalent.  The R-Pod frame may not
be engineered to accept "leveling" jacks, even if they are available and compatible.

I got hold of forest river this afternoon and ordered replacements along with a set for the front as well.

Jacks work much better if you don't extend them very far.  Get a couple of sets of LYNX Levelers.. those big lego looking things.  if the corners are far off the ground put five or six Lynx blocks there and then extend the stablizers. 
 
Lynx levelers also work well to build up a "ramp" for side to side leveling.  Bottom row five blocks, next row three blocks next row two blocks, and one on top if you still need to go higher.  Overlap each row like lego blocks and they all lock in.  Put them in front of the pod wheel and drive forward.  Also get some chocks. 
 
Speaking of chocks, anyone stay at Cumberland Gap State Park.. ?  Yikes... !!
