Thanks everyone. I found Coates RV and Couch RV on the web. I wish they were closer to Oregon! Definitely will give me some negotiating power!

The Dealer was Richmond rv center in Richmond Minnesota that had the carryover units real cheap.

According to FR the new units that are sold in the western states are the Hood River Edition which includes the lifts, larger tires, and diamond plate. Local dealer sell the Hood River as a $1,500 upcharge from the standard model.
